If i could pick one fictional leader it would be Harry Potter.
I mean come on, the kid is our age, and he pretty much saved the world.
Seriously though, he is the perfect definition of putting others before yourself.
Often he yells at his friends because they try to come with him on dangerous adventures.
He cares for their safety over his success.
Also, it is his responsibility to overcome the darkest and most powerful wizard of all time.
That makes him a leader, and he is sacrificing himself so that other wizards can live better.

The biggest example of his selflessness is when he destoys himself because he knows that he is the 7th horcrux, and to destroy lord voldemort, he must destroy all the horcruxes first.
